Tragom wikipedije naišli smo na akcijskog junaka, simpatičnog pasića zvanog Grk.
Obzirom na nama dobro poznato ime, a Englezima poprilično neizrecivo i neobično, pitali smo se jeli se s pravom spominje u rubrici o Grku. Obratili smo se direktno autoru i evo što nam je on odgovorio:
Yes, Grk does derive his name from Grk. I’ve been to Korcula a couple of times – it’s a magnificently beautiful island – and drank Grk there. When I started writing the first book about Grk, I was searching for a good name to give the dog in the story, and settled on Grk.
I haven’t been to Croatia for several years, but my brother went to Korcula last year. He told me that the winemakers have been suffering under some complicated EU regulation. Is this really true?
